"We all have a mind, so we all need to take care of our mental health as much as we need to take care of our physical health. And the first step is being able to talk about our mental health. Juno Dawson leads the way with this frank, factual and funny book, with added information and support from clinical psychologist Dr Olivia Hewitt. Covering topics from anxiety and depression to addiction, self-harm and personality disorders, Juno and Olivia talk clearly and supportively about a range of issues facing young people's mental health - whether fleeting or long-term - and how to manage them, with real-life stories from young people around the world.
With witty illustrations from Gemma Correll."

REVIEW TIME
Here was my initial review on goodreads:
Overall feelings:
My overall feelings after reading this book are...
"EVERYONE NEEDS TO READ THIS BOOK"
I feel as though this book is a gateway to understanding mental health and wellbeing more. I myself have never been
diagnosed with mental health problems but after reading this book, I've definitely suffered from them and never sought any help. This book made me realise how much our brains can actually turn on us and also how we need to be more open about mental health and illness. I feel enlightened by this book and would encourage EVERYONE to read it, whether you have or haven't had any mental health problems. I needed this book as a teenager so c'mon everyone, promote this as much as you can. Let's clear up the stigma around mental illness, health and wellbeing.
